Workers “May” Collection
Always returning to Workers, K&TH – a small scale operation from Takashi Tateno based in Kurashiki, Japan. The collection moves around the same themes of classic American workwear so don’t expect to see future-leggings or ‘directional wardrobing’ anytime soon. For May Wabash fabric returns in a smart vest and railway jacket, alongside a heavy canvas tote, polka dot shirt and parachute trousers.
Todd Snyder Autumn / Winter 2012 - A Continuous Lean
“The collection is very much representative of who Todd is as a person: smart and unpretentious. The line mixes military and vintage in a way that is modern, relevant and fresh. The collection includes everything from knits to tuxedos (pictured below underneath a very handsom winter parka), with the standout element being the range of Southwick-made tailored clothing.”
Post Overalls - Spring/Summer ’12 Collection
Founded in 1993 in New York by Japanese designer Takeshi Ohfuchi, Post Overalls designs still adhere to their original ethos of producing authentic, beautifully produced clothing.
Their SS12 collection is inspired by the ‘Machine Age’ of American Industrial Design, and as ever Ohfuchi’s designs are charismatic reproductions of workwear, military and outdoor clothing of the era, painstakingly replicating the construction, materials and silhouettes of these historic garments.

Maison Kitsune Fall / Winter 2012

Included in the range is also a hat craft from New Era
Eastman Leather - Fall / Winter 2012
Eastman Leather’s Autumn/Winter 2012 offering. Gary Eastman, bossman and founder, was good enough to talk us through the line-up. It’s hard not to be impressed by the sheer dedication and hard work that goes into producing these jackets. Trying to recreate functional, military, leather garments with all their bells and (literally in some cases) whistles, is no mean feat.
With an encyclopedic knowledge and an obvious passion for these pieces, Gary has been able to produce spot-on replicas. Even in the case of the updated A-2 ‘Slender‘ – a more slimeline, modern take on the classic, everything is as it should be. USAAF spec plain weave cotton, Crown zipper, worsted wool knit cuffs
