A homage to all craftspeople who spend their winters tucked inside their workshops waiting for better weather.

2013 Triumph Scrambler — ANCHOR DIVISION

The modern Triumph Scrambler is one of those bikes that’s becoming increasingly popular with custom motorcycle builders, Triumph specifically designed the bike with end-user modifications in mind and so many buyers tend to spend the first few weeks of ownership in the garage with the bike up on a hydraulic lift tweaking it to suit their needs.

PRPS x The Selvedge Yard & Triumph Denim

Some nice images shot by Scott Toepfer to celebrate the collaboration between these solid names. The Selvedge Yard blog, PRPS and Triumph Motorcycles have created this limited edition Blackbird jean. 14oz Japanese denim, enamel coated rivets and grommets, buckle-back – dedicated to the 1953 Blackbird bike, a pair of jeans designed to be worn hard. Jeff Decker’s 1952 Vincent Black Lightning | Silodrome

When it comes to customising Vincent motorcycles, bike builders have to walk a very fine line. One misstep and they’ll have thousands of pitchfork wielding moto-purists beating down their door baying for blood.

This particular 1952 Vincent Black Lightning is a great testament to what can be achieved with classic Vincents, it was built by Jeff Decker and his uncle in 2010, they based the bike on a HVG (Harris Vincent Gallery) chassis and used a stack of parts left over by Vincent legends Rollie Free and Marty Dickerson.

Hammarhead Day Pack

The Hammarhead Day Pack resulted from our search for a minimal bag suitable for riding and capable of holding the tools of modern life.

Constructed from waterproof waxed cotton, black  leather and parachute hardware,  the backpack features a roll top enclosure and the interior sleeves for a 15” laptop, iPad, and Kindle. The Hammarhead Day Pack is perfect for the daily commute or weekend ride.

Rough Crafts X Zero Engineering

“There’s a wonderfully gothic, Victorian vibe to the latest machine from Taiwan’s Rough Crafts. It’s built around an S&S Harley Knucklehead motor, using a kit from legendary ‘samurai chopper’ builders Zero Engineering.” - BIKEEXIF

JMKL Moto Guzzi Concepts

This stunning custom Moto Guzzi concept is the work of JMKL, a Spanish graphic designer and lover of two wheeled transport. That big Guzzi motor balanced in such a simplified, “nothing but the basics” layout is to me just about the best way to customise these Italian behemoths. Hopefully we will get to see one of the concepts built, I’m not really fussy about which one as they all look pretty damn cool.
